this is actually quite a sad news, iam not a big fan of bjp or sena, but i and most people dont want congress to rule again for 5 years.

general sentiment is against congress and ncp, but the divide in vote might help congress and ncp, and they can sprung back in power, without actually mandate from people
or bjp might actually win the larger share of seats in election, and can tie up with ncp and again ncp will be in power
so how we do we get rid of this two unwanted political parties

kashmir flood

lot of water in kashmir area over 1 week,  normal life very disturbed, and local residents are very angry on state administration.

to my knowledge Kashmir never had any flood, and it suddenly had 1, just like Rajasthan had some 6-7 years ago. when vasundhara raje was cm.

kashmir area is always busy in terrorist activist and strikes and shutdowns, so these people were busy in this activites and never ever prepared for floods which was unexpected

now they are recovering, but there is always a chance of epidemic, since lot of dead bodies are unattended, can cause serious epidemic, govt must be aware of that, and should be having plans for it

when i watch TV, i see army air dropping bananas, so many bananas, was there any reason for banana specific food

all Kashmirs are now having daily bananas for around a week

toll naka ka zhol

this blog is dedicated to people of  kolhapur and solapur i really want to congratulate them for there noble work against toll nakas
they burnt and beat toll naka guys and i really appreciate that

these toll nakas shud be shut down, public has been looted since 10-15 yrs by the name of toll

there argument toll is needed for betterment of roads, ok, but what about taxes on petrol and disel, what is that for, i guess as far as i remember vajapiyee had included rs1 tax in  petrol as road development tax, iam not sure its still there

for road development, directly include that tax on petrol and disel, these toll nakas cause traffic jams and waste our disel n petrol in a que, and also wastes our time

MNS took anti toll campaign, and they were right , but after some time nothing happend, must have got money.

we need to shut down these toll nakas, we need people like kolhapur and solapur in mumbai, so they can smash these toll nakas :)

New Rape Laws Problem

recent news about tarun tejpal rape case, all people on the web commenting,demanding stronger punishment for him, they are commenting without looking into any facts, they just hear rape and they want stronger punishment, that's it.

these case points to a potential danger, a long forgone affair can get you into trouble. take this scenario you have an affair with a lady, and having good times, but after few years you have a break up, might be a bitter break up, when relation ends, most of time its very bitter, if its bitter then that guy is in big trouble, lady will simply go to police station and say this guy raped me for an year or 2 years, he used to take me places, and raped me here and raped me there

even if its fake, guy will be in trouble for at least week or 15 days. strong rape laws should be applicable

only in cases like nirbhaya, where girl is picked by hooligans and then raped but in case of relation it shud be different..

2-3 days back, i read news in times of india, women under fire or something like that, they said rise in marriage promises rape.
so again here it is boy friend/girl friend link and the guy is in deep trouble too much risk having an affair, too much risk marrying. even divorce laws are for women, man divorce wife, pays half his property and maintenance system has been tweaked so that women can exploit, its good to be women now LOL........ :))

Drunk Driving Exposed

few days ago, me and my friend were coming from chembur mumbai, we were stopped near mankhurd by police and immediately at the stop, they easily found out my friend who was driving, was drunk.. we had a little talk with police, they immediately took my car and parked in there chowki and we were asked to sit in there bolero, and we did they slapped a drunk driving case on my friend, and was asked to come to kurla court at 8:30

in the morning we found out, that our mobile numbers were already there with kurla court lawyers, as soon as we went in they approached us, starting to convince us
there were atleast 40-50 ppl with the same crime came in the morning at the court

what iam trying to say here, there is a nexus police+lawyers+judge, all work hand in hand together and enjoy drunk driving money

i was told my friends licence will be cancelled and will be atleast 2 days in jail

to have no punishment, pay 25000, dhun i said 25000 is just too much, at the most i said i can give 10000, but 1-2 hours they agreed.

judges has been given god like position can impose any fine and also increase number of days in jail on his free will, in case of drunk driving

judge slapped 2 days jail to my friend, but he was just kept till evening and was released
after paying some 2000 to the cop who was on duty to send him in jail

Anna hazare is right, these top notch guys have formed a nexus and they loot and thats why he is so against the system and its true

strong laws are made so that they can make more money, big fines and big jail even for non voilent crimes

actual charge is, it differs from person to person

i noticed every 1 paid differently for the same crime, some paid as low as 5000,4000,3000, 1 guy paid 14000, and all were relased in the evening

so when u r caught drunk driving
try to pay 1000-2000 immediately and leave
but if police registers u then
pay maximum 3000 for 2 wheeler
and maximum 5000 for 4 wheeler

i have heard that they have put some guys in jail for talking on the phone, while driving, 2-3 days for talking on the phone while driving is just too much such stringent laws will make public hate the system, and these laws were made to make money :)

guys who barb for stronger laws be careful, it can come back to you too.
